Fine gems are often found at Tiffany’s, Neimen Marcus and Nordstrom’s. I do not believe there are enough verbs, adjectives to describe Donna. Recently our son was a patient on pediatrics and started to have one of his “episodes” Donna took control of the situation, and arranged to have our son moved to the Pediatric ICU. Donna escorted us there, and made sure he received the care he needed. She definitely helped in savings our son’s life. She is an asset to your team. Words cannot describe the bravery, knowledge, professionalism, care and courtesy she showed under extreme pressure. Donna is truly the epitome of a Florence Nightingale.  Though she is a relatively new nurse I feel she has the potential to become a fine gem.
