Drew Turner
Mr. Tim Foster called today to express his gratitude for our staff. He said that palliative care nurse Drew Turner had helped his family make difficult decisions and guided them through end of life issues which inevitably spared his mother much pain and suffering in her last hours. Mr. Foster stated that Drew Turner talked with him in a way that conveyed how much he cared. He said he gave them the information they needed to make their own decisions, but without trying to influence them or judge those decisions. He complimented his professionalism and compassion and wanted to be sure he was recognized for this. Mr. Foster took the time out of his day today after his mother had just passed away last night to make this call because he felt so strongly about the great care she received and the support given to his family.
