Felicia Eichelbrenner
Felicia is a kind and caring nurse with a big heart. She has a special way of making a patient feel like they are the most important person and that their questions and concerns are heard. She is the type of person who you can bond with easily and is a great listener too. She has excellent skills and a true gift at anticipating the unexpected. She does an amazing job at educating her patients and families about their diagnosis, the plan of care and what to expect. Felicia gives 110% of herself each and everyday. She is a wonderful person to work with. Felicia is also a safety coach in the CICU and helps each and every member of the staff to be aware of their actions and how they impact patient safety. |
