James Lowell

James was nominated by Kathleen Gaffney in the Oakland Staffing Office. Kathleen said, “James Lowell has tremendous concern for patients that frequently goes beyond what I see. Four times when I have been supervising, he has called me about unusual patient situations that he felt required more follow up. Once a discharge plan by a physician was unrealistic and he felt uncomfortable letting the patient go without clarification. Another time James was concerned about a potentially unsafe discharge. Most recently, a patient was having communication issues with a physician. James anticipates patient problems proactively and wants to solve them before a problem occurs. I appreciate his willingness to go beyond to help patients!”
