A baby who had a breech presentation coded in OR after a C-section. This expert nurse calmly directed Cardio to begin compressions as she began to bag the baby. She reminded the team that Mom was awake and Dad was at bedside. This nurse exemplifies excellence in clinical knowledge and competency as well as compassion and caring. I am very proud that this nurse works at BCGH. |
