Jennifer Ross
Jennifer strives every day to have a positive impact on the lives of the patients, families and coworkers she encounters. As a trauma team member, she has a very important role. She manages the atmosphere in the trauma bay with compassion and efficiency. Multitasking to ensure patient safety by tracking vitals, MD assessments and medications ordered and given, are just a few of her responsibilities. Education is a priority for her. Not only does she seek out ways to educate her peers and patient's families, she continues to pursue her own educational advancement by obtaining her BSN. |
