Jon Lagazo

Jon is truly a special nurse. It's the little things that he does that warms the hearts of his patients. He tucks them in to bed and makes them comfortable and gives reassurance that he will be there if they need him. He says goodbye to all of his patients before he leaves and says he will see them later. It adds such a personal touch and the patients love him for that. He provides them with a supportive and comforting environment. He will take the time to sit with a grieving family member and just listen. He takes time out to mentor new staff. He fosters collaboration among disciplines to provide patients with optimal care. When you look at surveys and discharge phone calls Jon is always being mentioned.
