Juan Garcia

Juan Garcia is a Detention Health Care Services-Juvenile LVN and works at the Bexar County Juvenile Detention Center with incarcerated youths. Although this population can be very angry and negative, Juan always treats them and their family members with the utmost courtesy and respect. He always displays much patience with the youths and does excellent patient education to reduce their indicant high risk behavior. In addition, Juan often volunteers to work holidays for his peers and cheerfully assists when we are short staffed. In short, Juan's positive "can do" attitude exemplifies the UHS "4 the Customer" standard.
