Kaiti Jackson
As I was making rounds, a parent told me that she would like to compliment Kaiti. When I asked the parent what Kaiti did to impress her, she stated that Kaiti “must be hiding wings!” She said Kaiti treated her child like she was her own; she went beyond nursing care. Kaiti talked to her child, cuddled her child, and even changed diapers and fed her child. The mother stated Kaiti insisted that the mother get some sleep and took TOTAL care of the baby all night. The mother stated she felt like Kaiti was “part of the family.”
