"Amy and Kristen helped my son using a oxygen mask on 13 March 2009. My son did not like this mask. Amy and Kristen applied positive and negative persuasion to encourage my son to stay with the mask. They worked as a Tag Team distracting him from the discomfort by talking about his hobbies. They were calm, confident, focused and not offended by his mannish behavior. Their conduct is extraordinary."
