Loretta knocked and introduced herself at the door before entering. She informed us of her name and that she would be my sister's nurse. She made my sister feel safe as she attended to her needs. Not only did she assist my sister, but my mother as well. My mother has a weak heart when it comes to her children being hurt or ill. Loretta put my mother at ease, and I am forever grateful. From Sunday morning until today, Monday evening, she has been the best nurse I have met at this medical center. She really is an outstanding nurse who loves her job.
