Margaret Peggy Anderson

Peggy Anderson is a much-loved nurse in the General Internal Medicine Center.  One reason is that she is unflappable and always cheery.  Even when we are having a tough day, Peggy can always be counted on to be steady and to remind us all that “we’re doing just fine”.  On the phone, she is always very calm and soothing with patients and families and very skilled at getting the information and cooperation she needs from them.  She is kind and practical, knowledgeable and sharp, but never overbearing or condescending.  Peggy is the kind of team player who stops by to say hello if she hasn’t seen you in a while and always make sure that we celebrate a birthday or special event.
