She advocates for the patients and is able to help the house staff with decision making in difficult situations. Marilyn is quick to respond to changing patient status and manages the unit’s response to these critical situations. She is calm and collected in stressful circumstances. She provides concise feedback on patient care and staff issues and is skillful at orienting float staff to patient care on 4 South.
