Mary Kay Whitaker
There isn't just one situation, but an overall picture: Mary Kay is always available to help her fellow nurses with guidance, questions, or assistance. Mary Kay was great to work with even when I was stationed on another unit and she was pulled to our unit. Upon my transfer to 4C, she was "extremely" helpful acclimating me. Her patients love her because she takes time with them and always has a wonderful attitude. She's a great resource! Very knowledgeable!
