"I was a patient on the Neuro/Ortho floor for four days. Nancy was the most nurturing, tender, caring and professional and confident nurse I have ever had. She told me anytime I needed turning to call and when I did she was always there. She also taught me so much about back pain verbally and mentally. 2009 has been a very bad year for me physically as I have had two major surgeries in three months. I was a very cranky patient and full of tears and she went way beyond the call of duty. I've never had a nurse like her. She was never afraid to reach out and hold my hand."
