Patricia Sitarski

Patricia was recognized by two co-workers including her Clinical Nurse Educator and a Social Worker in her area. She was recognized for her calm ability to deal with patient discharges, some of which are difficult and for maintaining a high level of communication with coworkers and patients/families. One specific patient incident where Pat was instrumental in facilitating a smooth discharge was noted.

She was also recognized for her positive, receptive attitude and helping with all projects on her unit and her calm demeanor when dealing with every day occurrences. Specifically, her diligence in preparing for a JCAHO survey was noted.
