Rachel Behner not only delivered the best of care to me, but also to my family and relatives during my stay.  She explained procedures before they were done so I was more at ease.  She had a positive attitude the whole time she was attending to me.  As a patient, she brought smiles while I was in pain, and made me feel like I wasn’t just a patient but someone being taken care of professionally and relaxed and comfortable.  While I was getting my epidural she was there to calm my nerves and I felt as she was a friend because she not only made sure everything was OK and that I was feeling OK, she also provided support to me AND my family.  I believe she truly deserves the award.  To me Rachel is a guardian angel sent from heaven.  She truly is a gift from above to any of her patients.  She is professional, has a caring heart and touch, a positive outgoing friendly personality, and I hope she passes along the gift of a caring heart and stays in the nursing field for many years to come.
