"When I came into the hospital I was in great pain. I had terrible leg pain. Rachel stayed with me until the doctors began treatment. She rubbed my legs till the pain was gone. She got my medications in order fast so I never missed a dose. She assisted me in ordering my meals. I wasn't feeling well enough to order for myself. She was very compassionate toward me and my family. She explained everything with easy to understand terms. She helped me with many things even when she was not my nurse. I come to this hospital because of people like Rachel.
