He was aware that I was just diagnosed with diabetes and he took the time to educate me and put me at ease regarding a frightening experience. Raul's customer service skills, knowledge and comforting bedside manner made me feel confident that it will all work out. He is definitely is a special flower in your exceptional guest service garden".

2. "Raul was extremely courteous and provided detailed explanations to us. He made us feel like we were the only room he had to care for. He took into consideration what my son wanted and did his best to make sure my son was well taken care of. Great bedside manners and again was very kind and helpful! While all the nurses were kind and helpful, Raul stood out among them. Thanks!"
