Rebecca Devereaux

Rebecca was nominated by a patient's family:

My mother was in ICU Red for 3 weeks before she passed away. She received extraordinary care from all the nurses, however, I feel Rebecca went the "extra mile". Rebecca treated her with utmost dignity and compassion. She treated us with the same. The night before my Mom passed away Rebecca stayed over her shift because she was so concerned and called me at home to give me an update. The morning we discontinued life support, Rebecca cried with us, gave us privacy, and when she passed Rebecca bathed her with dignity and respect. She is a shining example for nursing care.
