Richie is deserved of the DAISY Award for the exemplary care he provided my husband following a lengthy ablation procedure. For the entire night, he was extremely caring, considerate, attentive and professional. We are very grateful and appreciative for his extraordinary skill and kindness to the patient and family during this stressful time.
Richie was an amazing nurse. He tried his hardest to help the patient deal with pain issues and to put his family at ease. He paid close attention to issues and dealt with an urgent emergency at midnight, having to call the two surgeons and act quickly, Richie's professionalism was definitely above and beyond. He, as well as others on his shift, are fantastic people!
