Roxie Hanson
Roxie was nominated by an appreciative patient's family: "Roxie, RN (and her PCA Lauren) provided the most wonderful care to my mother as she was dying from a stroke. Roxie cared for her as a person, not just a patient. She made an effort to understand the wonderful woman mom was and to provide for her comfort and emotional and spiritual needs as well as her physical care. She also supported our family, listened to us and helped us to make difficult decisions. She is most deserving of this award".
