Tama Ralser

Tama was nominated by an appreciative patient:

"I had an Angi-Cath and the RN who took care of me was Tama. This lady was over and above in her duties with me. She was very informative with not only me, but my wife and both daughters as well. She was always checking on my progress and if there was anything I needed. She kept me informed on where my family was and what they were doing. After a five hour wait, Tama was covering sign out information with me, took out the IV and said to get dressed and I could go home. Needing to use the restroom first, I asked if it was okay and she said sure. Before I got to the restroom I started to bleed again. She called for more help and got me on a tip back chair compressed the cauterized area and with help from other ladies stopped the bleeding. She got me cleaned up and onto a gurney. Tama in my opinion went way beyond what might be expected of any employee. With the above information, I would like to nominate Tama Ralser for The DAISY Award."
