Victory Fox
Victory was nominated by a grateful family: Our mother, Nancy, was brought to the oncology unit Oct. 13 and after a CT scan we were told that mom had 6-8 weeks to live (she passed much sooner thankfully). All of the nurses were outstanding, but Victory stood “head and shoulders’ above your best. She was compassionate with mom and allowed mom her dignity while giving excellent care. Victory was also amazing with my sister, brother and me while we held steady over mom for 10-12 hours a day. She was very patient with our over-protectiveness and was more than happy helping us participate in the care of mom. Even when Victory was out of the room we marveled to each other what an incredible woman and nurse she is. Thank you very, very much for allowing this nomination. |
