Stephanie Nickles has worked with the 3 North team for 6 years on the evening and day shifts. She has grown into one of 3 North's most respected nurses. Her dedication to excellence shows in everything she does. She has a wonderful way of making patients and families feel that they have her complete and undivided attention and they can be assured they will receive only the highest quality care when she is his/her nurse. Her ability to listen, with caring and compassion, and her ability to assess the needs of her patients and families, has allowed her to become an excellent clinician. Steph is a wonderful example for us all to follow.
