Sun Kim
“Sun was literally like the sun . . . she was always smiling, helpful and caring”. Sun Kim, Registered Nurse, has been employed as a Medical Surgical / Telemetry Nurse with Kaiser Permanente, Fontana Medical Center for eight (8) years. She currently works on 4 East and is an exceptional nurse. Sun was nominated for the DAISY Award by two separate individuals. Following are the nominations: Kaiser has a “star”, a “blessing”. Sun is one of the most thoughtful and kind Nurse’s around. She has a beautiful smile and has made my us feel so welcome and so cared for. Sun took care of my husband several days, but also went out of her way to see him and encourage him when she was not assigned to him. Sun brings sunshine to others. She is professional and goes out of her way to be helpful. We send a big thank you to Sun for being so wonderful, a very special Nurse. “Sun” was literally like the sun while I was her for these two short days. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She was always smiling and helpful and caring. Kaiser Permanente 4 East is lucky to have her on their team.
