Susan Hall Jones

Susan has done an extraordinary job in leading nursing services. She brings a high level of professionalism in her interactions with patients, staff, physicians, her peers and superiors. Given her broad area of responsibility, Susan deals with most o the grievances that originate in the inpatient setting. Susan is the "Queen of Processes" and has driven numerous process improvement initiatives that have greatly improved care for patients and families. Her recent work with equipment tracking and maintenance is going to revolutionize the way we do business as BAS. It is my honor and privilege to work with Susan.
