Tad Mills
Tad Mills exemplifies true team nursing. He is a wealth of knowledge, kind and attentive to his patients. He is always on the go while at work but is never too busy to stop to help to offer clinical knowledge or just give advice. He is a role model for all nurses. He has a great sense of humor and although he takes his role seriously and professionally, he is able to laugh at the most stressful times and will make you find the humor in even the most dire of circumstances. He is an incredible nurse and most importantly an outstanding person.
