Tarra Mandel

I was floated to the 3rd Floor and was very nervous, but Tarra Mandel was compassionate and kind. She showed me the routines of the floor. She had a very demanding load, however, that didn’t stop her from occasionally checking on me and my load. Tarra was very attentive to her patients. She is very compassionate, caring, and respectful to her patients and team members. She is an excellent nurse. So many times we forget to recognize great talents, I wish there was something else I could do to show her how good of a nurse she is. I think Tarra Mandel deserves The DAISY Award. If I was to ever be in this hospital as a patient, I would want Tarra as my nurse.
