Terry always comes to work with a smile and a kind word for everyone.  Even in the midst of a crazy night in charge, Terry keeps her cool and stays focused on expediting patients through the ER and supporting her staff throughout her shift.  She is consistently an advocate for her patients and for nursing.  Quality patient care is consistent in her practice.  I have seen her diligently working with a difficult family with patience and respect even when ridiculous demands are being made.  She supports her unit working overtime.  She models Children’s standards of behavior every day.  I know she always brightens my day when I see her.  Thank you Terry for all you do, not only for patients in our ER but your coworkers also.  You make us better.  Better as a unit and better as a hospital!
