Tiffany Lowe

I would like to nominate Tiffany Lowe from the Montgomery County ROC as a deserving recipient of The DAISY Award. This nurse’s clinical skill and especially her compassionate care exemplify the kind of nurse that patients, their families, and staff recognize as an outstanding role model. She worked throughout her pregnancy and during this time had a smile on her face, continued to be a go-getter, was compassionate with patients and families, and continued to deliver the best care that the patients love to receive from Tiffany. She is the first to jump up and offer help whether to a colleague, clinical assistant, or to me as the physician in taking care of  patients. She epitomizes service excellence and due to her respect for families, arduous work ethic, and compassion more than a few families have chosen to receive their surgical care at Children’s National.
