Tiffany Sweeney

I would like to nominate Tiffany as she exemplifies extraordinary compassion and sensitivity to self and others. She instills faith and hope and a continued commitment to excellence. The following is an example of this nominee’s extraordinary commitment to patient centered care. This letter is from a patient’s son that experienced Tiffany’s loving kindness and being authentically present as his mother passed from this world. 

“I would just like to let you know what a wonderful and compassionate nurse Tiffany was with us and my mother, the late Mrs. O. Tiffany took care of our needs as the occurred. From beginning to end, she made us feel comfortable and answered our questions to the best of her knowledge. She was with us till the end and cried with us. Winter Haven Hospital has found a gem.” 

Tiffany truly is a gem and is recognized by those that she serves both by her patient’s and peers. Tiffany radiates a genuine love and representation for those she serves and her profession. We are so thankful to have Tiffany as a team member and caregiver on MSU.
