Toni Lindros

It’s obvious from her title that Toni Lindros is a leader at Children’s, but it’s her actions that truly distinguishes her as such. Not only does she lead the PACU, she is the Magnet Ambassador for Surgical Services, a member of the Systemwide Patient Safety and Quality CHOICE Council and serves as the Systemwide council chair and co-chair for the CAN program. Toni takes on all of these responsibilities with such grace—you’d never know how many things she was doing at any given time.

The area where she shines brightest is patient care. Nurses, anesthesiologists and surgeons regard Toni as someone with a professional demeanor, strong leadership skills and unwavering compassion. According to her staff, she is a team player and calming force. It is because of nurses like her that Children’s is ranked among the leaders in pediatric care.
