Tracy Madole
Tracy stated at UPH as a Traveler in June 2008, she converted to a full time ED employee in March of 09 and was promoted to Clinical leader May 2011. Tracy has over 20 years experience in level 1 Trauma ED and functioning in a leadership role. Tracy is a mentor, coach and patient advocate. She is a 'nurses' nurse. She spends her free time volunteering as a Humanitarian in third world countries. In 2010 she went to Haiti after the earthquake and spent weeks delivering aid to the victims. We are so fortunate that Tracy as decided to make UAMC South Campus her home. She is truly committed to her profession and her caring and compassion is felt by all she touches.
