Urszula prepared me for an endoscopy when I was completely nervous and totally tired. I will confess I am not a model patient nor am I a cooperative patient. So as I go to have this procedure done, I have a million thoughts running through my head. “Is the doctor in a good mood?” “Are the staff rested?” “Will the procedure work for me or against me?” Normal questions for a tired and grouchy patient.
Imagine my surprise when from the moment I entered the hospital, I encounter staff greeting me with “Good morning” and sincere smiles. Urszula is my angel!
Thank you for having these types of staff available and I hope you do everything in your power to keep them on board. A happy employee is a gift to be cherished.
