Libby was extra attentive to J as he was going through seizures. She made sure he was comfortable and that he felt safe at all times. She was compassionate when he felt bad as well as professional. She also made the family feel welcomed and did everything to keep everyone happy (especially the baby when he was trying to touch her stethoscope and when he needed his bottle warmed.) As well as when I had to step out to meet family members she sat with J while he was feeling he was going to have a seizure and did not want to be alone. Without her knowing she was already in the room ensuring he was okay and felt safe.

Libby was able to answer all of J's questions as well as my own, questions. She interacted well with us and made us feel comfortable. She made sure he was alert and knew his name, date and certain details periodically throughout the day. We felt sure she was around and would be able to help if anything were to happen.
