If you receive a J. Patrick Barnes Grant, we require an interim report be submitted half-way through your projected timeline. Following is an outline of the information we would appreciate your including:

- Grant number (if you don't know, contact us)

- Projected end date
II. Investigators
- Please list each investigator, providing his/her role, organization, and division or department for which this person works
- Have there been any changes since the start of the project?
III. Study Overview: Briefly restate

IV. Progress Toward Achieving Research Objectives
V. Barriers To Meeting Objectives and Strategies To Overcome Barriers
