Interim Report Guidelines

If you receive a J. Patrick Barnes Grant, we require an interim report be submitted half-way through your projected timeline. Following is an outline of the information we would appreciate your including:

I. Project Details

  • Title of Your Study
  • Grant number (if you don't know, contact us)
  • Grant amount
  • Study start date
  • Projected end date

 

II. Investigators

  • Please list each investigator, providing his/her role, organization, and division or department for which this person works
  • Have there been any changes since the start of the project?

 

III. Study Overview: Briefly restate

  • Objectives
  • Design
  • Hypothesis and Outcome Measures

 

IV. Progress Toward Achieving Research Objectives

V. Barriers To Meeting Objectives and Strategies To Overcome Barriers

VI. Likelihood Of Meeting Original Timeline

VII. Analysis of Adverse Events and Unanticipated Problems and Their Effect on the Project

VIII. Dissemination of Findings To Date and Plan for Future

IX. Financial Summary To Date
