My labor induction failed spectacularly. Nothing went according to plan. Alexa spent most of the morning 'chasing' my baby with the monitor, often having to hold it in place by hand for extended periods of time to keep it working. I ended up needing a C-section to deliver my child safely. It was very unexpected, scary and fast-paced time for me and my husband. Alexa took thetime to explain things clearly, made sure the procedural safeguards were followed and did her best to calm and comfort me. Alexa's care for me was exemplary and I have a feeling she provides this level of care for every patient she's in contact with.
