I was transferred from another hospital to MossRehab. The first nurse I encountered was Angelo. He was very kind and understanding. I was in a lot of pain and he helped me deal with it. He always explained every medication I took in detail. He asked me how I was feeling every day including questions about my family and friends. He is truly a great professional and very good nurse.

Upon arriving at MossRehab after losing one of my legs, Angelo was my first nurse. He treated me with respect and took excellent care. I will never forget him and all the people who were so kind and helpful to me, and Angelo is exceptional. The patient's daughter wrote, "Since my dad doesn't have access to email, he asked me to nominate one of his nurses for the DAISY Award. All of the nurses on the 3rd floor during both of his admissions to MossRehab at Elkins Park were excellent, but Angelo was especially attentive to my dad. Besides providing excellent care to my dad, Angelo always took the time to answer any questions the family had about dad's condition. Several times Angelo checked in on my dad even when Angelo wasn't assigned to be his nurse. Everyone in my family was extremely impressed with the level of care that my dad received. We were skeptical that a 90-year-old man would be able to walk after having his leg amputated, but it happened, and we are very grateful."

Through all my frustrations that I've shared with Angelo about my being hampered of my freedom and my mobility, Angelo has helped me bear the frustrations of my situation by going above and beyond his call of duty. I would highly recommend Angelo and this facility to anyone who would require such services.
