My sister was a patient earlier this month. During my five-day visit, I watched your staff go above and beyond the call of duty to keep my sister comfortable. In addition to providing excellent care to my sister, your nursing staff went out of their way to accommodate the needs of her family and friends. I traveled (out of state) to be with my sister. When I kissed her and walked out of her, I knew it was probably the last time I would ever see her again. Just a few days after being released from your hospital, she went home to be with her Lord. Although she is no longer with us, she will live forever in our memories and her hearts. My mother and I are so grateful for the precious moments we shared with her and we will never forget the uniform clad angels who cared for her while we are there.

On behalf of my family, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and gratitude for the exceptional care you provided to my sister. I'd also like to give special recognition to staff nurse Angela Fowler who displayed exceptional levels of professionalism and patience and who left a good impression with my mother and me. Both my mother and grandmother were nursing professionals so I know that it takes more education and skill to care for a patient. Those who are truly dedicated to this noble profession are gifted with patience, compassion, and the ability to listen with the heart. Your nursing staff certainly possess those qualities.
