A patient writes:
I was admitted for a heart catheterization at 0730 for a 0800 case. My procedure was delayed twice because of two emergencies. The intention of my letter is about the service and care provided by Anna Faulkenberry. I would expect good care and for the nurses to have a good beside manner. Anna made me feel very welcomed. She was kind and understanding of my nervousness. She answered each and every one of my many questions. From beginning to end, she got me everything I asked for. She assured me that there was no need to worry because I had to wait longer for the procedure. She was very accommodating to my friends and family while they were visiting also.
I thanked her many times as she wheeled me out to my vehicle at 6 PM. From my understanding, she doesn’t have years and years of experience in nursing. Even so, her care and service was exceptional. I hope she keeps her enthusiasm about her career path and doesn’t let her wonderful bedside manner fade.
