My father was on the 6th floor and he would get very confused. Arianna would always come and help me out. He would start to yell at her and she would just calm him down. I was embarrassed. She was always reassuring me that it was ok and tell me to try not to worry that she would be there to help. I cannot recall how many times he would try and get out of the bed and she would come and put him back in bed. My dad was a difficult patient especially at night time but I felt that he was understood and truly cared for by her. I appreciate her patience and dedication.
