I totally enjoy working with him because I know that 'whatever' hits the door will be dealt with in anappropriate and caring way. The situation is not chaotic. I personally am more confident in my own skills when I work with colleagues of this caliber. I admire and respect Ben. Additionally, I am privileged to call him and his wife my friends.
