Billy's care is 100% professional, above and beyond the call of duty, compassionate, and totally genuine at all times. This is not just to me, however, over 8 days so far Billy's help and honor to vets is simply surreal. It is impossible to give one specific example,as his total care, compassion and all-out passion for his job are continuous every day, every shift. Rarely have I seen Billy sitting around, contrary he is constantly assisting patients. Billy sets an example that truly deserves recognition. In no uncertain terms, he is the "real deal" of patient care and totally committed.
