Bimala is thorough, conscientious, kind hearted, and hardworking. She advocated for us, remembered, and addressed all our concerns. Bimala is definitely one person who is in the right profession! There is no show in what she does; she just sincerely does the work. Mom has been in this room for 3 days now and I am so grateful that she's been mom's nurse every day.
