He sits with you and makes you really feel comfortable and gives you the best advice, considering the situation you're facing. He really is a special caring person who knows how to encourage you to have hope.
In the long run, he treats you and makes you feel like you're the most important person in the hospital and does this naturally and sincerely. He does this naturally and from his heart.
