Besides the change of shift huddle briefings, Capt Angel Nwankwo communicates and explains in detail while working with her as a team or while she serves as Charge Nurse. She is a role model, mentor and leader. Capt Nwankwo has a great personality and passion for all. She is a nurse who lives by example, both as a teacher and a leader. She reminds me of Galatians 5:22 "the fruit of the spirit," and how we should all live our lives. Few nurses display the nurse image or provide the quality of care that Capt Nwankwo does on a daily basis.
Capt Nwankwo is an example of "professionalism" for others and is a DAISY to all.
