Carmen is a patient care advocate; she is attentive to her patients and communicates with their families to ensure they understand the daily plan of care.

Carmen has been an amazing caregiver to my sister. She is constantly asking what, if anything, she needs, and what can she do to make her feel better. Carmen is very efficient in her work and thorough. It is obvious that she truly has sympathy for her patients and is very courteous with the family members. Carmen is the ideal caregiver all patients deserve. All our family noticed her patience and care for our sister. We are blessed she has been assigned to our sister. Thank you, Carmen, we want to take you home with us!
