I was admitted with cardiac issues, every one of my nurses did a great job. But Cassandra was exceptional due to her compassionate easy to ask personality. She never seemed too busy to answer my questions and always had my feelings of wondering what my new medication would do with my routine meds. Understanding my concerns and finding the answers for me.
I felt much better and less nervous once she discussed things with me. She is an excellent example of Sparrow Ionia's Caregivers!! Excellent job Cassandra Lambert!

I came into the hospital for not being able to hold any food or water down. Once admitted, Casssandra went above and beyond to make me comfortable. She spoke in Layman's Terms so I understood what and why things were happening.
A great down to earth nurse. She was caring and met all my needs. She helped speed the process up being discharged as well.
