I want to express our family's deepest gratitude for the wonderful care that was provided for our father, son, and brother in the CCU. We would like to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone at Doctors Medical Center for their care and concern for him while he was in the CCU. Our brother was admitted into the ER for shortness of breath and was rushed into the CCU the same night. We soon were given the news that he was on life support, diagnosed with congestive heart failure, and his vitals were shutting down due to the heart not pumping adequately. The extraordinary staff in the CCU took quick action and was able to stabilize him with pressors. We were faced with the most heart-wrenching news that he may not make it through the night. Thanks to all the love, kindness, and compassion that surrounded him, it gave him another chance at life. I want to specifically recognize each person who will forever be in our hearts for their exceptional care and compassion that was shown. We want to thank Jeannie, Inder, and Sarah for their compassion, knowledge, and comfort. We want to thank Gemma, Suzanne, Marilyn and Jason for their professionalism, caring souls and exceptional care. Also, both Kathryns were wonderful nurses. We sincerely thank Dr. Wong and Dr. Singh. Special thank you to Dr. Fahlen for giving us hope when there was little and providing us with reassurance to give him more time. Although he may say he is a pessimist, he gave our hearts optimism in a time of need. We thank you all for your humanity and support through the most difficult time in our lives. Thanks to your care, he fought his way back to health. Since then, he has a new perspective on life and cherishes each day with his children. This experience has given him a fresh start and a new outlook on life. He takes his medication on time, eats better, and is taking his health condition seriously. He has been busy giving back the love that was shown to him in his time of need. He looks forward to a brighter future and a better quality of life with his loved ones.
